The Meditation Buddy app is completely free. Contains a selection of calming soundtracks for meditating and also works great as a sleep aid.

I'll give a trial and if it works I will post a review. Although I am a chronic insomniac despite getting treated. So it till have to be good!

Bummer, U need IOS 7 or better. Perfectly good iphone4 so will not upgrade and ruin it! :((
