FB page says, "receive a complimentary shirt on the night for you and a guest" which to me reads one each.
In the response email it says you'll receive a complimentary shirt for you and your guest, so I'm pretty sure you'll end up with a shirt each.
In the 2 posts above it says you'll receive a complimentary shirt for you and your guest, which I think means you and your friend will get one.

How do I know if I am in the first 100? I suspect the website does not have an automatic cut-off once 100 people have registered.
EDIT: Expired.
yeah I have no idea, I had the page open and was contemplating signing up. I then submitted it and got the confirmation screen but with a big banner saying "ticket allocation exhausted" also got the email
