I love my ergoflex mattress and I'm over 60kg.
I would imagine that some people might have an issue with memory foam mattress's, not Ergoflex in particular.
It almost doesn't make sense for ergoflex to have an issue in particular, If you get backpain on an ergoflex its likely there will be a tempur that will give you the same issue. (I think Tempur have different types of memory foam avaliable)
I hate springs and all things similar and this was a great solution that wasn't overpriced.
FWIW, in terms of firmness, the Ergoflex is meant to be firmer than the Tempur Cloud but softer than the Tempur Original.
I remember someone posted them a while ago but I wasn't interested in buying without testing first.
We ended up getting a Tempur.
I just clicked on their site and its a bit shonky to list a "RRP" then "our price" when your the only seller.
I know all RRP's are a joke anyway but its a little more misleading when you set a RRP yourself then set your own sell price lower.
Which Tempur did you get?
I bought the Tempur Deluxe. It took a couple of days before I got used to it but it's amazing now. An acquired taste I guess.
Been tempted myself but possibly too risky with out trying first.
FYI, these guys use a Kathmandu strategy where the product goes on sale regularly (and the discounted price seems to be the same - which i think is good)

Seems to be between $960 and $1000 total delivered in NSW.
For example the cost for a single to NSW would be $449 for the mattress plus $59.95 for delivery, a king $1099 for the mattress plus $59.95 for delivery. Kind regards.

i don't recommend it, bite the bullet last year after reading lots of 5 stars review, and now wondering if those reviews are genuine or fake. read it somewhere in UK forum, they were saying some were paid reviewers.
it doesn't suit for a person weight over 60kg, my partner only weight 75kgs woke up with a backpain start from day 1, we contacted ergoflex but they refuse to give some sort of solution and advised us to sell it on ebay.
