Not as good as King Tightarse's deal here on the AAAs (which I also bought a couple of), but pretty good for those that also want a 'quick' charger!
Also note that these are the older Sanyo branded batteries!!!

Clearly I should've purchased mine before I posted the deal… Because the store I was going to pick up from "suddenly" ran out of stock!!!
Maybe depends where you are? The store on my way home had Click & Collect, and the store I just had to order it through has Click & Collect!
I picked up one a few days ago and also thought it was a good deal for the Quick Charger despite the old generation batteries (1500 charging cycle rated).
Pacsman: they are available to click and collect at some stores, Morayfield still has stock available for click and collect. Depends on what store you are checking.Just my luck was using the Gosford store. Great price if you can pick up
i reckon this is better simply for quick charging!
Likewise, and it's also a smart charger in that it can charge 1, 2, 3 & 4 batteries at different rates!
How does this charger compare to the Panasonic eBay deal one?
Are you talking about the Dick Smith one?
This one mate
Links are to the same thing!!! ;)
I won't know until I pick it up tonight, but I'm assuming it's the same MQR06 quick charger that has been supplied by Sanyo for some time now. The quick charger will charge individual batteries from 1-4 much quicker (from 65-220 mins depending on the battery & qty) and at different rates accordingly, where as the DSE one (BQ-CC18) only charges in banks, either 2 or 4 batteries at a time and at the one rate for a much longer time (approx 10+ hours)!
Edit: Here's a link to they old charger MQR06 and the new one BQ-CC18
I guess Sanyo made in Japan but Panasonic made in China
Yep, Pano made in China.
And to follow up on the charger from Masters… It is the MQR06W 'Quick Charger'!Good charger…got one and happy with it..it can charge 1-4 pcs, independently.
NOOOOOOOO
I just ordered 2 x overnight ones from eBay DSE….
=(
Looks like i'm gonna order another one…
Now that's saving money the OzBargain way sir!
Thanks for this, grabbed one C&C from Knox.
Not too fussed about them being older batteries, will be used for kids toys. The quick charger will come in handy though.
That was my thought!
Hoping they may just give me the newer 1800 cycle ones instead. Last time I was in there they had no idea what was what!!!
Sanyo ?? is the brand important??? my use is batteries for my xbox controller
Possibly, because some are saying that the new Panasonic ones are made in China!
Thanks Snoop.
Damn, miss the other deal (DSE) :(Scanned for $29.99 at Canberra Airport. But since the website said no click-and-collect and no delivery, they were happy to match the online price.
No click and collect…. 9.95 postage
