      The USPS services you mentioned how long does it take to get them shipped to Australia once you have received them?

      Answer: Priority Mail is 7-10 business days ( not guarantee service), Express Mail is 5-7 business days Guarantee Service.

      Check by yourself, I recently ship by Priority Mail to Australia customer in Fitzroy, Victoria 3065.

      Is there a size/weight limit on the USPS options you mentioned?
      Answer: yes, we ship what USPS Post office allows us to ship. If you ship by US Post Office, they allows, 79" girth+length is 79" or box size allow, 20" x 14" x x14". but if you ship or FedEx or other shipment, it can be bigger box, but they are more expensive.

      Does the service offer tracking while in transit and signature on receipt?
      Answer: Yes, all Priority Mail and Express Mail offer tracking, you see the tracking above. Signature is depend on your local post office, I cannot speck for their behave.

      Do you offer other services that might be more price competitive for larger bulkier or heavier items?
      Answer: We are small company, we do not handle very big items. we only carry item that one person can handle.

  • Two comments.

    1. If your going to do a comparison table on the front page, at least get the information correct. The details on your competitors pricing systems are incorrect in same cases.

    2. Do you have a shipping calculator for packages did we can do our own comparisons? A lot of forwarding companies hide their real costs in marked up postage costs. I see you give an example in the comparison table of shipping to Argentina only, which smells of a carefully selected origin rather then your main shipping location.

      We do not hide any cost. If you ship USPS Post Office (Priority Mail or Express Mail), which most customers use. You can check at www.usps.com at counter price, add 10%, it is our shipping cost. It will be as our shipping calculation that you will pay, it is the same at shipping calculation at our website, because we use exact the same system when you check out your service at our website. if you have any questions, pleas feel free to ask for detail quote.     Please let us know how do you 'Guarantee' it? Lots of company likes to use the word 'Guaranteed' to boost marketing but never layout the way on how to guarantee it. Do you waive the fee if elsewhere is cheaper?

    • We offer great/fast service. We ship most out within 1-2 days, never keep it long after customers paid. You should consider how service is, how fast response, the shipping cost. If we are hiding our fee, We will not get our feedback 5 stars at www.sitejabber.com by doing a bad job. You can check other companies feedback there, most 2-3 stars only. I suggest you to compare the handling fee and shipping cost before you use them. Thank you for your comments.

        But that's not a "guarantee" that's just a reiteration of your service.

        If we get a cheaper quote from another forwarding service, what is our recourse under your guarantee? Do you refund the difference? Do you price match on other quotes?

          Yes, we will match the quote within 7 days, and it must be Official writing quote from other companies or similar, because price can be changing from time to time to keep business competitive. We will match on Total cost with USPS Shipping only (Priority Mail or Express Mail). You must provide all the cost related such as your item price, did you pay US sales tax or did not pay US Sales tax of your item, your handling fee, your consolidation fee/repack or box, and your shipping cost. We are looking at total cost (Not each cost) when you ship that item/items, because every company has different price structure, but over all we are very confident that our price is very competitive. Also, check how fast they reply your e-mail? how long will it take for them to re-pack and ship out your package? Would you care beside your total cost as how good they provide the service? Have you ever check feedback on sitejabber.com and see how other mail forwarding services companies do vs our company. We are trying very herd to keep all our customers happy.       • Ship most out within 1-2 days? Let us know when you can turn it around within an hour or two, that's what some of your competitors are capable of.

        What's with having to use USPS as well? Quite a lot of scenario that's not the cheapest option and quite restrictive with things they ship as well.

          the competitor can be an hour or two turn around, doesn't mean 1-2 days are dead slow…

        • We did ship out for customers within 1-2 hours before. All are depend on timing/schedule if we are busy or not. No companies can put advertise out there and said, they can ship out within 1-2 hours because it is not possible to do for all customers. When we advertise, we can tell customers in general as within 1-2 days (reasonable timing), mostly we ship out within 24 hours after payment is clear. And when we ship out, we drop/ship the package at Post Office, we did not wait for USPS Post office to pick up. That makes up to 1 day different on timing too. For shipping option, we mostly use USPS Post Office, because it is good price and we can drop at post office quickly, so, the package is on the way to your faster. If you can find other companies offer better price and better alternative shipping, you should use them. Every company has their own strength and weakest, no one is perfect. However, we do our best to make customers happy, that is why we receive 5 stars feedback at sitejabber.com, but other companies do not.

          I will provide one more example of our shipment to UK. We ship to customers on July 25 by Express Mail, we actually drop at post office. it was delivered in UK on July 28.

    I used to pay the $50 annual fee to Shipito but now I just pay $1 on each parcel for their service. I can't see the savings with this service. Why are they marking up the cost of postage and then charging a fee on top?

    Surely they negotiate better freight costs than we can. It's their pricing model I guess, but the model isn't compelling enough for me to consider changing to them.

      We do not charge monthly fee or any additional space or any consolidation/repacking as Shipito. You pay Shipito $1 for a package, but you will pay again when you want to consolidate/repack. However, we offer Free Consolidate/free repack (free box/tape)/ free scan or picture or any request. Our shipping cost VS shipito shipping cost is almost the same, because all companies have to cover the cost. They did not tell you the mark up, but we tell you our mark-up. No hidden cost. And our service is fast, we reply your e-mail very quickly, mostly within 1-2 hours, but sometimes 12 hrs, because time is different. We ship out the package 1-2 days after customer paid. We do our best to keep our customers happy. We do not ask you to change if you are happy with your mail forwarding company. We offer alternative to others, if you are not happy with your current provider or new to Mail Forwarding Service. Thank you for your comments.

  • OP, do you provide any other shipping options other then USPS and Fedex?

    Most reshippers provide UPS, DHL, TNT options etc as USPS is not always the cheapest.

    • We currently offer USPS and FedEx only. We can offer DHL case by case. Currently, we are negotiate to reduce our USPS Shipping cost, so, we are planning to reduce from 10% to 8-9% mark up at USPS Post office shipping cost. We should know in 1-2 weeks.     How do these forwarding service works? I have a 1+1 phone sitting in my cart but can't proceed as they don't ship to Australia now. Do I set up an account with the forwarding agent first before I click and buy at 1+1 website?

        Real world experience with pretty small packages

        PACKAGE SIZE = 12" x 15" x 6"

        USPS cost around the $85 USD mark per package for the cheapest shipping option. So $255+ USD for 3 packages

        Borderlinx total cost for the 3 packages was $118.26 USD - so less than $40 USD per package - or less than 1/2 of the USPS price…. And then on top of that I applied a 10% discount voucher to bring the total cost below USD $110…

        Plus Borderlinx received the items on Thursday, they were delivered to me in Sydney the following Monday (4 days).

        At the same time, a similar package sent on Thursday via USPS still hasn't arrived today (Thursday, 7 days later).

        Borderlinx/DHL > USPS for anything other than perhaps tiny parcels…

And we have a question for you, why you did not combine them to one big box and ship, it will be cheaper to ship in one package. IS DHL shipping $118.26 for one package or for 3 packages ($118.26/ 3 = $39.42 for each package for DHL?) ? Because we could ship in one big package using Express Mail from USPS Post Office too and it would be there with in 4-5 business days Guarantee service too. By the way, you give us negative feedback, but you have never used our service and you do not know how much we will quote to you for shipping. If you use our service before and we provide expensive quote or bad service, yes, we deserve the negative feedback, but you never use our service. Please be fair on this too.           The 3 items i shipped were 3 boxes, sent at the same time.

          The actual weight was 10.62 kg, cubic weight might have been higher.

          Why don't you repack from 3 boxes to one package and ship? Our company offer free repack/consolidate, shipping cost will be cheaper by shipping one package, instead of 3 packages. It will get better rate when you repack them. For DHL rate, if $39.42 for each box from USA to Australia, it is very good rate. Thank you for your comment.
