  Once bitten twice shy!!!
  I'm still waiting for my DVR from camera from the last sale months back (May 2014)and every time I send them an email they give me an invalid tracking number which has no records and ask me to wait.
  Bought a shoe and they sent me a smaller size, when checked the response was try wearing this as eventually the shoe will EXPAND and will fit!!!

  Very poor service, watch out!

        To my surprise I received the waterproof bluetooth speaker last week.
        I had waited until the last week of PayPal's claim window and submitted a claim and was provided a refund. A few weeks after that it turned up in the mail.
        The mail company they use leaves a lot to be desired and have cost them due to items being refunded when they have been posted and just bad press as Sydster shows above.
        My advice is to leave it until the last few days before the PayPal claim window closes and if you still haven't received it (or anything purchased OS) then to submit a claim.
        The downside to buying things dirt cheap from China is playing the waiting game. As for the bluetooth speaker, I think you'll find it will turn up at some point (it was bigger than I expected).
