      What makes you think that?

I bought a selection off them once after getting a voucher. Wines were cheap ($50ish per dozen) and all tasted fine. Delivery was 1-2 days. At least worth trying

I haven't bought any since, but only cos I don't need it, not cos I wasn't happy. I've got a friend who signed up for the membership thing and gets a box a month. She seems to like the wines/price.

If the small winemakers are getting their share then I'm happy to support them instead of the big boys.

Does anyone remember how to get the mixed case of wine for $9.99 using two separate voucher's, i did it last month but cant seem to get it to work again.

Their wine it's awful in my experience.

Almost every bottle is great tasting. Subjective of course but the drinkers have been rating them highly also

    • I skeptically bought a case last month and have never enjoyed wine as much as theirs.

  • no paypal option anymore

    • that's alarming.

  • I've bought wine from Naked (and I've signed up as 'an angel in waiting'). I've also bought a mixed case from Vinomofo. Both times I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of what has come out the the bottle.

Sure, there has been nothing to blow my socks off - but the prices have been fair and reasonable for what are decent quaffing wines (at worst) and stylish dinner-party wines (at best).

I do appreciate that Naked (and, I assume, Vinomofo) are providing an alternative sales channel to those who can't or won't deal with the big retail players (effectively Woolworths and Wesfarmers).

I suggest that if you value continued diversity in the wine market, you should seriously consider making at least some of your wine purchases outside of the 'big box' options. To that end, the purported philosophy underpinning 'Naked' seems to be a step in the right direction.

Disclaimer: I own shares in big, bad, Treasury Wine Estates.
