  I could have got the 46z5500 for $2650 with free PSP (can sell for $200+ on ebay) and 5 years warranty on the weekend. So for nearly $4000 with only 1 year warranty and a PS3 ($700), that is not a good deal.

  If prices were negotiable to more realistic street prices it would be a good deal.

    most likely a 4500 series NOT a 5500, if its a 5500 then its a W series not a Z, which means it 100Hz not 200Hz

      no it was 100% kdl46z5500.

      I just don't think 200hz is anything special especially at 46". Also I was annoyed that Sony put that plain grey design for the frame. The samsungs look so much better with the black and see-through edges.

      I also needed to put it on interest free rather than cash so the price would be $2899.

      BTW, that price was the advertised price in store at Bing Lee for the past couple of weeks with the bonus PSP and 5 years warranty advertised on the paper as well

      PS. I was also stuck at home all weekend, so couldn't get out to get the deal anyway. I got to stop racking up debt as well. Ppl get 42" Panasonic Plasmas with free Wii's for $1440. Take awau the Wii resale and thats $1150 for a great TV for dark rooms (with no/little reflection)

    Its going next to 'Game' on the bottom floor across from the food court.
    Its scheduled to open on the 29th of August.

    Not sure if they are still hiring, but I would let that get you down, they are always changing things around. Good luck
