Leona Edmiston jersey dresses are lousy quality for the designer price. The stitching came undone in a $350+ dress after just 2 wears. I complained on their facebook page, they said to bring it back to the store. I brought it to one of their stores, they said I have to return it to the ORIGINAL store of purchase, even though that store was way out of my way. Three months later, when I eventually could get to the original store of purchase, they said too long time had elapsed since purchase and refused to honour warranty. Even though Fair Trading would have said otherwise.
I didn't want a return or exchange, just get them to fix the stitching. They do have local tailors they outsource to for alterations. But no, even though I bought a $300+ full price dress, they wanted me to pay for the rectification of their manufacturing defect myself.
Anyway, never again after this lousy customer service experience. For the same price point, I now buy DVT, whose fabric feels softer and sturdier.
