700w isn't much these days, most microwaves are 1200w models, so it may take a bit longer to cook stuff.
Considering the instructions often use 600-800W as an example its not too bad.
The power usage also ends up about the same too as its using less power.
I'm sure everyone can wait 10 more seconds to save all this money.
