Garbage clothing, inflated RRP prices as well.
Was in need of a new jacket. Thanks OP
Thanks OP, got 3 shirts and a pair of jeans. :)
so i take it that you have endorsed this as a good deal mate :)
is this online only?
yes, i switched off my internet momentarily and looks like its not available in offline mode
Scary place. Do not recommend.
Just checked, the sale is in store and online :)
Never buy them before, hows the quality?
It's not the best, but it's pretty good from my experience.
Was about to post, "Why's this guy getting downvotes?? He's being constructive.". Then it hit me. ooooooooooh.
You'd be better off going somewhere else. Uniqlo is good for basics.
Yeah or Asos(actual Asos brand)
Nothing for me but my friends Shazza, Bazza and Dazza might be interested
This stuff is great… All you need is a pair of white crocodile skin shoes and white Oakley sunnies to finish off the ensemble.
and a big scoop of hair gel and axe hairspray
Thought they shopped at YD instead. Same company
I like Tarocash jeans…they fit me well.
Fully sick! Henleys bro! Go the Doggies!
Tarotrash?
Still too expensive.

Is it a brand ? Feel a little expensive
Yup. I agree - their products are generally overpriced in my opinion, even when there's a sale. Though, from time to time, you'd probably come across some products that are well worth the price.
Connor has the same clothes but slightly cheaper.
Yup! Connor and Tarocash have similar clothing because they're under the same retail group. Same with Yd.
Every time I see this name I think Tango and Cash…and that massive guy with the massive jaw is the target market for these clothes.
Shirts are horrible quality. I made the mistake of buying one of their shirts, it is 65% polyester/35% cotton and it feels like I'm wearing a shirt made out of a ream of reflux printer paper.
Also, their shirts are sewed together from heaps of smaller parts of fabric rather than traditional shirt cutouts (ie, left over bits after making other garments).
Out of all my business shirts, I have a couple of Tarocash shirts and they are by far the worst in terms of creasing and required ironing time.. Not sure if thats a big factor to anyone else but it's a source of great frustration for me
Thank you. That's the nail in the coffin for me decision wise - nothing worse than wasting hours trying to iron crappy shirts.
An interesting amount of hate for a deal that has 59 upvotes. Vocal minority I guess? I have no problem with Tarocash. I have a number of clothing items I bought on sale from them that have given great value for years. Wearing a Tarocash outfit is not going to make you look like a douche, unless you actually are a douche in the first place.
I bought a Tarocash harlequin blue business shirt with black buttons back when I was an articled clerk and thought that dressing like a pimp was the name of the game. It made me look like a douche. Not sure whether I looked like one in the first place though.
A lot of negative posts here. I've bought stuff from Taro and it's fine for the sale price. I never buy anything that's full price but when they have sales it's good value usually. I got the Forrest jacket two weeks ago which is nice and warm as it's 50% wool. The jeans, well, that's hit and miss no matter where I buy them. I like Slim fit jeans but sometimes they feel too baggy but then I don't feel comfortable in skinny jeans. The waist sizes can also vary, eg: not all size 30 are the same fit. For some reason they don't do size 29, which would be perfect for me. The dress shirts certainly vary in quality. I have a cotton shirt which feels like paper but then I have another cotton shirt that feels really nice and soft. The poly-cotton shirts have their upside - less wrinkles!
For those against clothing shops like this, what other online stores do you recommend with similar pricing? A lot rave about Uniqlo but their site has a small range. I've walked into more expensive shops and the quality is no better than these places. The more you spend doesn't mean better quality, it's still probably coming from the same warehouse in china somewhere.
Half my wardrobe is made up of stuff bought from Connor, Tarocash and YD. All bought on sale.
I love their stuff because a)the majority of their shirts from across all three brands are made from 100% cotton (which does make them crease easier, true, but I'd rather that any day than have to be wearing a poly shirt) and b) they seem to have an excellent range of small sizes, and most of their cuts are slim fit.
These brands are actually my 'go to' brands if I need to get some VFM dress clothing.
does your user name have anything to do with your liking of small sizes and slim fits ;-)
I placed an order than found similar at Connor so cancelled my order and bought from Connor.
Thanks PP.
Rooty Hill RSL here I come.
