• Airbnb is giving 20% off bookings of listings in Asia, for bookings made before 2359 Singapore time 15 july 2014 and travelling before 31 december 2014. However terms and conditions are that you have to be a singapore registered user. The code is airbnb20

• Another deal currently ongoing is the referral deal where airbnb is giving new users an immediate 27AUD credit to use if they sign up through an existing user's link. The existing user will then get 27AUD as well once the new user makes a booking. (To obtain the $27 credit, a qualifying reservation has to have a total value of $75 or more, excluding cleaning fees)

  The second part of the deal regarding the $27 credit for the existing customer (i.e. referrer), they don't get the credit until the departure date of the referree (https://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/84)…

  "When your friend completes their first qualifying reservation, you’ll earn travel credit to use for your own Airbnb travels. You'll receive your travel credit after the departure date of your friend's trip."

  Although, it does conflict with this t&c which makes it confusing (https://www.airbnb.com.au/referrals/terms_and_conditions)…

  "Receiving and Redeeming Travel Credits

  You will receive travel credit after your referral's qualifying reservation has taken place. As soon as one of your referrals successfully completes a qualifying reservation, you will be credited with the appropriate U.S. dollar amount (or its equivalent in your local currency* if we support it). All of your earned travel credits will be automatically applied to your next qualifying reservation in the form of a coupon, which you will see on the Book It page. You cannot combine your travel credits with an additional coupon. Travel credits expire after three years from the date that they are issued."
