Which banners have they stolen? The site looks terrible however no point having an unnecessary go to try and promote your site.

It's on an ADSL link with Westnet in NSW. It's also hosted on a Windoze server — so I am not quite sure which one is at fault to cause the slowness.

Why is the website slow ?
Saturated link, torrent running background, music streaming from the net, slow upstream link, connection capped..etc

I'm giving this a negative simply because the site owners copied materials used on shoppingsquare without permission, uses non-secure checkout procedure, fake claims of awards (e.g. hitwise top 10 for 07? 256-bit encryption?), invalid SSL security certificate (e.g. https://www.bestbuytek.com/shop/signin.aspx?refer=), and hosted on a DSL connection!

The spec's on the web page state The U100 has the 802.11b / g wireless, not 802.11b / g / n Wireless Lan as per the deal description in this post.
I understood that the U100+ DOES have 802.11 Draft N wireless capability, so what IS this trader actually selling?

This rings another alarm bell for me. Freakovit denied that he is affiliated with the site as per the above posts. However, if he is just a user who just stumbled upon the deal, would he/she just copy and paste the specification? Something is definitely fishy here.

At least they have a telephone number and shop street address you can visit. Thats not as bad as those online only retailers that don't have any phone number or contact details. That could easlily lead to the seller taking the money and not delivering the goods, since there is no way to contact the seller other than email that can go unanswered. Do they realy have somthing to hide by not providing contact details?
Hmm. When you search "BestBuyTek" on Google, you ended up with this eBay seller "tradingtek" on eBay. It's a user that no longer exists, and 6 negative feedbacks (and 6 positive feedbacks) from the last month! Is it possible to confirm that they are related (this shop "bestbuytek.com(.au)" and that ebay user)?

Well, that's correct however what has happened on eBay is totally different and this is now running under a new operation and we guarrantee people good service, I am sure people know all the new seller issues on ebay particularly when people bid, buy and not pay then give negatives it made lots of seller deviate completely from eBay. I will also assure that your experience with best buy tek will be nothing but positives and I thank all people that made positive remarks unlike other stores we have a phone number and we reply to our emails promptly and will make it clear that we have no affiliation with Fluidtek or Shopping Square.

Gateway pulled out of the Australian market more than seven years ago in order to consolidate its business in the United States (the company's headquarters) during 2001 and 2002.
