Hi guys,
Not sure if its targeted offer or available to everyone. but I notice ebay doing an offer $10 off when you spend $20 and more.
you can see if you have this offer or not, if you log into your ebay account -> My eBay -> go down until the end you will see vouchers

most likely its targeted offer but in any case my code starts with SA, if your code is the same please share to know if its targeted offer or no.
