Region: Orange, NSW.
Colour: Lime quartz.
Aroma: Lemon and lime cordial with plenty of floral smells.
Palate: Lashings of lime juice, green apple flavours and tiny amounts of minerality all support a spine of fresh acidity and spots of citrus peel make up the finish.
Vintage: Our third cooler than normal vintage in a row again resulted in clean fruit, with accentuated aromatics, a good acid balance and again, the extra natural warmth in our vineyard also allowed for adequately ripened fruit flavours.
Peak Drinking: 2012 to 2021.
Food Matches: Drink as an aperitif, or enjoy with a spicy stir-fry, pan-fried barramundi or chilli crab.
