Hertz 24/7 is a car share program, similar to GoGet
No monthly fees, and competive hourly rentals, great for innercity runs and may save you taxi costs etc.
Currently running a promo of $20 credit for new memberships - Enjoy!

There's Flexicar for other locations (e.g. Melbourne).. and Flexicar is owned by Hertz.
Though Flexicar's rates are more expensive, with annual fees too.
The thing I like about Hertz 24/7 as opposed to GoGet is the included KM. It's unlimited for hourly rent, whereas GoGet charge $0.40 per KM!
It does say unlimited kms all over the website but..
there's also rather conflicting information here http://www.hertz247.com/Australia/en-AU/About/Rates
EDIT: Nevermind. Found this instead http://hertz247.com.au/rates -> I think this is the correct one
OP's Link goes to the first one. I'm pretty confused about the difference now.
maybe we should ask a lawyer?
Where do you enter Promo code? After registering?
Hey OP, I can't too find where to enter the promo code
Promo code is entered at page 3, drivers licence and credit card# need to be entered before you get to this step. I just signed up as I have a 24/7 car just around the corner from where I live which could be handy sometime. I just got an email advising my application has been received and is waiting approval.
Wow what a great thing. $10/hour. Pity the car has to be returned to same location, I'd love to hire it from Mascot to the city, and return a few days later.
is this better than the el chepo rates from the solo operators? possibly a good offer. hertz may also be better following consumer law?
Might want to mention in title it's Sydney & Gold Coast locations in Oz
