particularly if you could this at a deal price: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Jb-hi-fi-gift-card-/171373383600?…
That's one scary buy. Too many scams based off such cards. I personally would only ever deal if i could verify at a JB store if it has said credit, and then hand over the $$ on the spot.
So 15% off 'selected' TVs then?
Maybe update subject, but nice to know otherwise.
Not sure if its just me but I don't see anything worth buying, no serious bargain here. Dick Smith have the best discounts on TVs IMO.
Not a bad deal, but you can tend to talk them down by 15% anyway.
About to suss this out on Whirlpool, anyone has opinions on Sony KDL50W800B 50" Full HD Smart 3D LED LCD TV

I've got a close friend and a mother in law using this generation of Sony TV in 2 different sizes and they work quite well and smoothly and importantly, the image quality looks amazing.
Bought one yesterday, already have 42 inch sony.
very nice tv. full built in wifi with lots of applications, much more than last years 42 inch.
also the new model is a bit easier to use things like Youtube, the older one was a pain to type things in - thats been improved. Not sure what else to tell you, unless you're new to Sony; the picture is pretty awsome.
damn, bought a 50 inch Sony yesterday :(
Refund time. hahaha
cool thanks
I've been shopping for the last couple of weeks … so far many of the TVs I've looked at are now more expensive with 15% off than they were last week without this 15% applied. They are certainly using a higher "ticket price" for the 15% off than last weeks ticket price for every example I've checked.

Very tempting….
