Found a great deal of Panasonic Full HD plasma tv on WOW.. You can either pay $1899 and get a bonus Wii or get $400 from them.

There are hidden costs of owning a plasma, it will cost you on average $80 a year extra in electricity compared to a LCD of the same size. (even more for a LED LCD) Based on 42 Inch screen 40 hours a week use & 18c/Kwh (A Samsung LED LCD with smart lighting enabled will use around a third of what this TV will use)

Does anyone else find it funny they are still giving away Wii's with high definition TVs? Considering the Wii only does 480p.
I'd have thought now the xbox360s have come down in price they'd be offered as well.

Anyway, the TV alone is now $1699 from Myer making it the cheapes in OZ.

@BigKev: I think I saw the Myer ads yesterday, and it did come with the Wii for that price. Sorry to disappoint the one already bought it. And it's more logical, as the Wii is redemption from Panasonic, not from the store (and Myer will certainly always be participated store - I'm not promoting Myer whatsoever, just stating the fact :)).
@hanofee: Wow… I got mine from JBhifi last promo for $1731 include delivery. Would definitely go for myer if I knew the deal existed. Took 2 weeks for JBhifi to deliver my TV and many calls… Arghhh.. One of the worst online experience I've ever had.

Any link or catalogue for $1699 @ Myer as I cant find this model in current cat.
Good price, especially with the $400 cash back for a $300 Wii;
but VIC store is almost 3 hours away in Shepparton so it will take $60 in petrol and 6 hours of my time or $83 in shipping putting the price close to JB's $1996.
The Brisbane store's price is awesome.
