Moonpig currently have a 'Buy One Get One Free Deal'. You have to add two cards to your basket when checking out and you only pay for one. No idea on expiry, couldn't find the T&C's on their website. Confirmed worked for me on 1/7/14. Standard cards are $5.95 and Australian delivery is $0.70.

Cudos to the wife who noticed it said 'this should be on OzBargain'. Right she was.

EDIT: the second card does not get free delivery, so total cost is $5.95 + $0.70 + $0.70 = $7.35 for two cards delivered.
