It definitely is. For those unsure, check out the previous thread. Even those eligible had to wait weeks/months and contact CBA directly to get a response for a measly $50.
Getting money from them is like getting blood from a stone.
It seems everyone on OzB bags Commbank for not paying their bonuses.
I once had this targetted offer. I stuck by its requirements and it was paid promptly and without having to contact them.
