Bankwest does not give QFF points for "every transaction" as it claims made with your debit card. Stood at Coles self checkout and bought some tic tacs making 50 x 1c transactions (actually didnt take long, 6 minutes?) after that month i ordered a statement to check if those very small transactions would count towards getting QFF pts, which it didnt. Ive gone in twice to bankwest branches and none could specify amounts only "per transaction"
Thoughts anyone?
Bit bummed, but still get 10k pts at the end of a few months. Plus the debit mastercard is handy to have for paying for Tiger flights.
says in the docs that points arent accrued on:
• transactions we decide are disputed due
to being fraudulent or which involve an
abuse of your Account or any Card;
• any other transactions which from time
to time may be excluded by us.
so they might consider them 'abuse', or simply any transaction they wish to exclude.
