This deal is correct. Read the fine print on the shipping - you need a minimum of $10 before it applies.
Thankfully though the $10 minimum is considered before the discount.

I ordered 6 torches (minimum to make $10 pre-discount without ordering any other item), and it only cost me US$5.94 at the checkout.

These don't work. I've ordered 2 before (this one and a red one) and neither worked. Asked for a replacement. Got one. Didn't work either.
