Something dodgy going on with their webserver.
Take the men's jackets for example. "Berrian Jacket Men - Blue" shows up in the list as:

    http://www.kathmandu.com.au/mens/jackets/fleece.html#!p=2&of…

    Regular price $159.98
    Summit club $29.98

Yet when you click on it:
    http://www.kathmandu.com.au/mens/jackets/fleece/berrian-jack…

    Regular price $159.98
    Summit club $95.99

    LOL. Big difference there!

    • normally $160 for a fleece tracky jacket…wow.
$30 would be good but the website doesn't work.

  • I went to a Katmandu store yesterday - after a hydration pack. Man, they are so expensive - bag was around the price of a CamelBak but then you had to buy the bladder separate (another $99 for a 3 litre)- yes, their hydration bags are just a bag!!. No wonder we were the only people in the store.
Ended up with a a CamelBak from Mountain design was something like $140 ($160 at Anaconda next door) and got it discounted to $79.

    • gee wizz, no bargains there

  • Stuff those pr!cks at Kathmandu.
I went in today and saw some gloves at 50% off. Went to buy them and was told that 50% starts tomorrow.
Apparently they just wanted to get a head start at putting the stickers on products.

What a pain in the proverbial to order off their website - it's having issues so you have to be patient. Better then earlier when it wasn't working at all.

Anyhow, managed to get an order through, 20% discount with a further 10% discount as the order was over $150 (Summit Club membership required for this I think - not sure), plus free delivery and managed to use my eVoucher credit as well. Can't complain :)

Thanks for the heads up OP.

    • Wow good work!
