Always good to crack a Wotif mystery deal - but never seen the Sheraton come up.

Some good savings (i.e. June 18-20 $159 vs. $350)

Searching Wotif.com.au for Main Beach Gold coast there is a 5-star Mystery deal - The Kicker - there are only 2 5 star hotels in Main Beach - the Sheraton Mirage and Palazzo Versace

Dates seem to be available until 18th September 2014.

Another "bit of proof" is both the mystery Deal and the Sheraton have the same disclaimer "IMPORTANT INFORMATION From May 29, 2014 to June 15, 2014, the Main Oasis Pool will be closed for renovation. During this time, guests will have access to the 25 meter pool located next door."

    Kinda sucky without the main pool, but too cold during the dates anyway. The 25 metre lap pool is at the adjoining health club. The buffet dinner is crazy.

    Shame they updated the S&M :P but it's still a very nice hotel. I should know, I get to stare at it and the HPV every single day! Loving life on the Gold Coast. Crime is also not an issue when your in law enforcement! Apart from stolen cars and break and enters in Surfers it's pretty good!

      You need to get a refund..Sofitel is not a five star rating , well at least the Broadbeach one isn't rated 5 star

    Just a suggestion that I spoke to this hotel recently and they are undergoing renovations which means there may be noisy works and the pool may also be closed. I suggest you call the hotel to check the dates
