This is as cheap as I've seen for ages. Even if it's in the Coles/Woolworths post previously, I thought this was a worthy stand out. Might be other states, too tired to check :-)
Edit: Oh yeah, Coke varieties eg. Lift, Fanta, Zero etc.
Woolworths NSW (Maybe Others) Coke 24pks 2 for $28 = 59c a Can

Or you know. People like me who want to be able to grab a can on the go, or to be able to use them hosting parties etc..
You should never have to buy 24 of something to get good value.
You've never bought a slab of beer ???
You have no concept of what good value means or savings when bulk buying.
(in response to MrZ)No, actually I haven't. I don't drink beer anyway.
I don't buy 24 chocolate bars at once.
But you buy 10 boxes of Arnott's Shapes at a time…
No, on the contrary I have an excellent idea of it. I just think 59c a can for 24 is a complete rip off. For that many, the price should be half that, at most. 59c a can is what I'd expect if buying a 6-pack.
Not your Average Joe then ;)
Your expectations and reality are very far apart.
I prefer from a can because thats all i can drink at a time and hate letting the fizz out of a 2L bottle.
Although cheaper who could drink 2L in one sitting unless you enjoy flat coke.
Nothing like opening a nice cold can of coke …
Lol.. classic!! - in response to 10 boxes of shapes!
Bad value for the average Joe.
I prefer soft drink in a can cos it's colder and maintains its carbonation, but at 59 cents a can I think about getting 1.25 litre bottles, thankfully I'm a Pepsi max guy and get them cheaper.
they buy 6-packs or 1.25L/2L bottles which are better value.
Can you explain how a 6 pack at about 90c per can is better value than a 24 pack at 59c a can?
By your same insane logic a can from a restaurant at $3.50 is better value than a 6 pack.
I hope you are just trolling man
Cuke? Yeah I love cuke, heaven in a can!
Good to see you around Moss… Haven't seen you since the last byte.
Thank you. Hal. (you can do the voice)
I got mine online
free shipping and the Tenoff50 code
meant i paid $50.40 for 96 cans =.52c a can :)Thanks for the reminder. Just did the same thing. I have about 7 or 8 boxes of Coke Zero sitting around now. Gotta stock up while it's cheap. :p
$32 in SA 66.6 cents/can
But then again we get 10 cents recycling per can
Given you recycle all 48, then it'll cost 60 cents/caneven better 56.6 cents per can
$32 - $4.80 (10cents deposit x 48) = $27.20 / 48 cans = 0.56
You go one step further and use the 10off50
$64 - $6.40 = $57.60 - $9.60 (10 cents deposit x 96 cans) = 48 / 96 cans = 0.5050 cents a can… not bad at all..
only downside to this is you dont get cokerewards!!
