Perhaps the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe would be a good starting point. This does have some citrus notes but also quite chocolatey and performs really well in most catagories especially as a black coffee from the Aeropress.
How were you drinking your coffee? Milk based, long or short black etc?
generally long black, but sometimes add milk, so if its good on both will give it a try. but asl long as the citrus doesnt come through, just does not appeal otherwise. appreciate the quick reply.
Ok, maybe try El Salvador - El Majahual. This is a good coffee with caramel flavours or you could try the Brazillians as these tend to be more chocolaty.
