      That seems to be a 3-series? shaver, based on model # of 330, compared to OP model of s530

      No, it has an inferior foil to the series 5 and 7 shavers.

      The "CC" part makes it sound like an engine, but it really means "Clean & Charge", i.e. a charging station that cleans it for you. Downside to that is you have to replace the cleaner, upside to that is there are third-party cleaners you can buy (or DIY methods).

    I bought this last week from my local Good Guys (who very easily price matched the $99 - got the impression there was still plenty of margin)

    Very happy with the shaver - the first electric shaver I've used in over 7 years, and first "foil" type shaver.

    Reasonably quiet - gives a close shave - comfortable to use - moves across my face smoothly (altho not sure how it will go in summer when its 30 deg at 7AM)

    I have chosen to shake out the fuzz on a daily basis, but only wash it under water once a week as you are supposed to oil the head (1 drop per wash, a little bottle supplied) after washing.
