$2.50 off isn't going to cut it on OzBargain I'm afraid. This community is hungry for bargains.

No offense.. But Tightarse is right.. 20% on Ozbargain is nothing unless it's for an Apple device. I may of missed out on a few items, but you get the point.

Note: Still good if you're a hard collector.

      • I'm a hard collector (have 12,000 single books in my parent's attic) and about to buy a house. Would love to grab a few of my 1960's Avengers books and throw them up on the wall but $10 for a bit of plastic is hard to go for.

        • Hi SirFlibbled,

We are able to provide a special rate should you wish to purchase in large quantities, Please feel free to contact us on our facebook page or via email.

        • Yeah because my wife will let me put up more than 1 or 2 before I get murdered.

        • Hi SirFlibbled,

My husband has been replying to all of the responses so far and thought I would in this situation.. I was the same as your wife refusing to put them on the walls, when he finally did put them up (without my knowledge mind you) I actually kind of thought they looked… alright? Because they give that floating off the wall look… Now we have a few around the walls amidst my photographs in frames!

We even have a few above our TV in our Living Room (big step for me!) I was also very iffy about them when he first bought them also but they are really good quality compared to the others I've seen (and hated). =)

          Laura

  • how much is postage? you should include any postage fee in the title.

  • The FB store appears to be empty

    • Hi Ian.H, apologies about the late reply, We've checked on our and and it is showing the Mount listed. Are you viewing the page on a mobile?

  • Postage is $6 going by their eBay store.

  • These mounts are not available in Australia, $10 is the introductory price, Once the sale is over, they will revert back to $12.50,

Postage is $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

$10 isn't much compared to other comic frames which go for $30+ a piece in retail comic stores and those frames are big, black and bulky and not only that, they cannot be used on a shelf aswell.

  • Pretty good deal.

  • These look alright for hanging comics but if you're looking for a shelf solution for says cgc/pgx comics these work pretty well http://www.ebay.com/itm/15-LG101-Two-Part-Adjustable-Clear-A… I've bought similar before from a vendor who shipped to Australia and they work great for a few bucks a pop. Previously paid $21.50US expressed shipped for 10 and their usually cheaper in bulk.

    • The ComicMount works as a Shelf solution as shown in our photos, the mounts are compatible with CGC/PGX/Vault/CBCS or any other slabbed comics which you may have.

The only issue with the stands you linked to is that they are quite short, the ComicMounts are 7" in length compared to the 3 1/8" that the other stands are, because of that short height, you wouldn't be able to stand items which are tall, such as Record Albums, the ComicMount doesn't have this issue.

  • Rep does this plastic have UV protection to stop the comics from going yellow? I am not displaying mine to have them go yellow.

    • Hi Luke, I have a feeling you are looking at the images of the mounts holding CGC slabbed books.

This link is an image of the ComicMount mounted without a comic in place, As you can see, the ComicMount only holds the comic in place, they do not act as a cover.
