Defiance MMO for PC, based on (and apparently influenced by) the TV show.

Normal price is US$9.99, is down a buck on the site and a further 5% (0.39) with the code.

Also, their site currently has Path of Exile for free ($0.00) but you can't purchase it without actually spending money due to their dodgy use of Paypal/3rd party payment provider.

"The game is in stock and will be delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours." I've never used these guys, so hopefully it isn't a mess…

Edit: This game will go free to play in about a week, so this will be for current all area access and ultimately end up as the "owner bonuses" that are delivered when the switch is flipped (thanks GreenLego).

    Get some bonus thingies if you own it before F2P.
