I requested the carpet steam cleaning services (FREE! Thanks to UltraCleanMelbourne). Even though it is free, UltraClean provided amazing service and punctual. I can recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable carpet cleaning services in Melbourne Metro area.
I would suggest their services should be be listed in Truelocal with Testimonials (You will find a lot of feedback on their facebook page). So that easier to find.
Ultraclean Melbourne. Are the rooms a decent size or are your rooms a toilet size? Will you clean around furniture. I find carpet cleaning company's normally have to much fine print.

I had UltraClean do our carpets today - they did a terrific job on a carpet that had an 'accident' with a bucket full of smelly, dirty used mop-water (I'm a total unco, and kicked over a full bucket… right onto the carpet).
The carpet had been so badly stunk-up that I had to lift it off the grippers and remove the underlay to dry it all out; you would not know it now. They were cleaned really well today, and deodorised and what-not.
The UltraClean fellow was really diligent, super-pleasant, and spent way more time on the problem area than I would be prepared to… and all for cheaper than it would have cost me to hire a carpet cleaner from Bunnings.
I'm not an effusive type, but I'll happily big these guys up.

Same here. Very very impressed with the quality of service. Had 5 rooms steam cleaned, sanitised and deodorised. His work was thorough, went over the high traffic or problems areas without having to say so and without a fuss. He literally spent 4 hours and did a fantastic job. A big thanks and I won't hesitate to call again.

Thanks for your reply. Was just wondering if that $49 min covers pre treating any stains cos theres one mark on the carpet Im not sure what it is but my best guess is that it could be lubricant/oil from my exercise bike. Is a pretty dark carpet and isnt that noticeable but might need a little extra tlc on that spot, would that be included in the price. Is a very small room shouldnt take very long. Thanks
