Is there anyone out there who can recommend online stores where I can buy manufacturers refurbished 24,27 inch monitors (of any recommended brand) at retail or wholesale price?

Hmmm, I was gonna suggest a Yamasaki Catleap off ebay but I just checked the prices…holy cow they've skyrocketed…scrimshaw's Dell is a much better option.
The other side of the coin is that you can usually pick up a new 23" or 24" entry level monitor for the sub $200 mark most weeks i.e.: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/145424
