The store which has a copy doesn't allow stock transfer between stores or shipping options.
So I am left with a option of driving to the store (100km) trip :(

the problem is that there are no new copies of new or used (at reasonably priced)

mmm dunno a bit afraid someone might take advantage of me and keep it for themselves. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find it. I am considering hiring a courier to pick it up, i'll have a chat to the manger if they're ok with it.
Have you tried calling the store that it's at and seeing if they will post/courier to you at your cost?

Theatrhythm is amazing. I'm a fan of Final Fantasy and rhythm games but didn't think the game would last me more than a couple of hours (a single playthrough of all the songs) - boy was I wrong! I ended up playing it for close to 30 hours and I can easily double that if I bothered to buy any DLC.
However, there's a sequel coming out soon that supposedly has all the songs of the original, plus some of its DLC already included AND something like 100 new songs. It's already up for preorder at a reasonable price at EB. There's also an iOS version which isnt as good but at least you know it's an option.
Personally I'd just wait for the sequel, but good luck in your hunt!

Blockbuster sells games new & cheap if you're interested, and considering how inflated aussie retail prices are, they're often cheaper than pre-owned stuff as well.
And assuming you haven't been introduced, ozgamegoat is pretty much the holy grail of price comparisons. Hope that helped! :)

UPDATE:
I left a message on the customer service in regard to my situation.
I got a call yesterday from the area manager and he was happy for the store manager to send off the game via auspost and deduct the cost from me (which i was happy to do).
TODAY: yeah! it arrive in the mail.
thank god i don't have drive there.
Thanks to all the other member who were willing to help out with picking up the game for me.
