Zinio 2 Year Subscription for The Price of One 50% off

50

Was pondering (finally) getting a mag subscription to add to the EOFY tax write offs. Had a look at Zinio and lo and behold this deal was splashed on the front page.

As US expat, I'm seriously considering getting the gloriously ridiculous Robb Report. (It's a magazine for 'The luxury lifestle. E.g. the 1%). It was one of my faves to pick up when doing business travel back in the day. With feature articles like "How to buy and island" and "What to look for in a second hand private jet".

The link shows all the titles on offer.

That's not a bad deal! Just FYI, many public libraries give you access to a limited selection of magazines from Zinio for free, so you might want to check to see if your magazines are included before paying for them!

Yup. It might also be worth becoming a member of more than one public library (e.g. some libraries in Melbourne allow anyone from the Melbourne metro area to join) to get access to a broader selection — between my 5 library cards, I have access to most of these magazines (and more expensive subs like The Economist, New Scientist etc.).

      • And could you access the managzines via Zinio App ?

        • Yes. Once you checkout out the magazine from the RBdigital site, it's immediately (and permanently) available through your Zinio iOS or Android apps.

      • Thanks for this! Didn't know and found several titles I want!

    OP, thanks for sharing.
Just out of curiosity, if you are thinking of buying an island and a private jet, why are you in Ozbargain?

Rich people still like bargains. Seriously.

    • LOL. I am far from the 1% club. Just loved to read it when traveling on business. Found the mag was a fascinating peek into the world of the insanely wealthy.
I always made sure I bought the mag from a place that sold food and would expense it as 'breakfast'. ;-)

Change the store to US and enjoy even lower prices. Subscribed to new scientist for 2 years (100 issues) for less than $1.00 per issue

    • I'm confused, New Scientist wasn't included in the list… lowest I see is 51 issues for $84.99 or something?

      • Did you change the store to the US?

        • Yes, but then I got the error when I went to purchase it saying that it wasn't available due to something to do with the country
