Drive around the city to find the scramblers and take them out.

  I would hold my horses.. it is not like every one has the Quar core CPU 8 GB ram machine to play this thing…

  I got everything but the CPU :(

  I will wait til proper tests being run and a few more patches for the game before getting it on PC.
