i got mine too. Opened the package, grabbed it out and the hinge just broke off. I guess it wasn't made to be touched…
I got the "credit card light"… eventually.. took about 6-7 weeks.
Some people take years to "see the light".
I got the credit card led lamp and the iphone cable. It does take a while for delivery. Something like 5 weeks.

As each is 6V, if you hook up 2 in series, you could wire these to the car battery (12V) via the internal dim lights and have a super bright underfloor internal lighting setup. I will buy 4 just to try it out…lol

I got the recent credit card lamp and the firelighter in reasonable time in two seperate orders at different times.
Just ordered 10 of these headlamps. Based on Gearbest previous deliveries I have No reason to suspect they wont deliver.

If they do arrive, i would sell you one for cost. However last time I purchased a product of similar size from Hong Kong for $5 with free shipping, i then had to post it to Sydney via Australia Post. Australia Post charged me $8 postage from Melbourne. In hindsight I should have posted it straight from Hong Kong to Sydney.
What do China and Hong Kong pay for shipping? The strange thing is that the parcels still go through Australia Post.
Our government pays for it.. reason you see free shipping from china on a lot of things. they get it back via program

We can officially confirm the deal price as stated (US$1.20) as this was intended to be a clearance-only price on existing inventory. However, this deal was also a very limited stock offering with only 5 pcs available. While the clearance price was correct, it is physically impossible for us to honor all the orders as the item is technically out of stock.
Gearbest will be providing refunds to any orders that arrived when the item was out of stock; our Customer Service team will be working hard to contact and refund affected customers.
Moreover, the deal was posted on Ozbargains on Sunday which is outside our normal working office hours so we were unable to post an official reply clarifying the situation until now.
We wish to to extend a personal apology to everyone for any confusion caused, and especially to those who submitted an order when the item was unavailable.
Ozbargain forum members clearly love a bargain and Gearbest will continue to provide even more fantastic deals for you to enjoy. Thanks for reading :)

So what your saying is, you put a clearance item up on your website with a clearance price, but didn't give the item a qty to clear, particularly when there was only 5 of them?

Your web sales team must be very busy sending out apologies and refunding orders if there is no link between your sales system and inventory system. I'm shocked that you need to manually change the status of any product that runs out of stock.

When you were offering the iPhone USB. There was stock limit for different colors. Some of them went out of stick before others.Which make me think this deal was a price error not a clearance price.

They have admitted that they stuffed up.
Their "admission" implies a systematic problem with their webstore that beggars belief (ie their website doesn't automatically keep a tally of units in stock vs units sold).. I think Pres is implying that the real stuff up is a mispricing of the item.

I don't believe that your excuse is legitimate. This looks like a simple attempt to harvest email and details for your future marketing.
