I had to call them and they redirected me onto a courier co., who was able to arrange re-delivery. Funny thing is, these guys wont let you know about a failed delivery, so its a good idea not to forget, or rather keep records of your purchases, and follow-up if there is a delay.
Has anyone seen this outside of MEL/Vic ?
So would that be like the Adidas runners I paid for and never got?
