It could be an image file. You can find a software that can open/read a bin file or find a bin to iso converter.
Sometimes a bin file is a installation file but in this case its most likely an image file
My bad guys. Grab BOTH files. The executable is the setup file, it uses the bin file to install all the resources. Just put them both in the same folder.
