        Are you serious? You think that is an appropriate way to speak to your customers, and even moreso on a forum where potential customers can see your disgusting responses? Yurgh. I've gone through much of your feedback and its shameful to say the least, but at least it gives a clear understanding of your behaviour and how (poorly) you represent yourself as a human being and your business. Attacking your customers with abusive responses like a child rather than a mature fashion is just really low. And yet here you are defending your responses rather than being ashamed. No, its not understandable.

        Look I'm interested in the Seiko, but I won't buy from someone who responds to people in this way.

    I don't think your business will go well under ozbargain with your replies to your customers. Basically every reply to each customer is smart ass and demeaning.

    I understand that some consumers may be unreasonable but you need to change your approach to your customer service as it seems that your success has got to your head. Because of this, I have decided not to purchase a watch.

    If you put it in perspective, his overall feedback is pretty good. There are lots of people on eBay that are too keen to Neg before trying to resolve with seller. So his last 12 months is very respectable:
    4541 Positive
    29 Negative
    44 Neutral (mostly whingeing)

    Prices are really good, but I don't think I would buy from someone with such a poor attitude towards customers. I know some people are unreasonable and demanding, but constantly being rude and SHOUTING at buyers can't be excused.
    Don't get me wrong, they might be the best and cheapest watch store in the world, and the nicest people when everything goes smooth, but what counts is how they deal with you when things go wrong and you need support.

    P.S.
    I got my Citizen Eco Drive Perpetual from DutyFreeIsland (eBay). They even have an Aussie Phone Number in case you need to talk to them. Their prices on the same Seiko watches listed here are slightly higher ($10-$20) and also come with free shipping. The difference is that their after sales support is great. With mine they sent me a new titanium bracelet (selling for $70) as the one on the watch had slight imperfection and all free without even asking for the other one to be returned.
    I also took the watch to Authorised Citizen repair centre and they confirmed it's authenticity.

      Good to know as I just bought my wife a Citizen Eco Drive from them. DFI has great feedback on their eBay store as well. Buy from them or alternatively, SkyWatches if thats the only place you can find the watch you want.

    Need more stock, not many watches on the site. Seiko and Hamilton Automatics would be good. What is it with Burmese Pythons??

    As a former eBay Powerseller I can sympathise a bit, there are plenty of crazies around on the Internet. No excuse for engaging in a war of words with them but I can think of times I called internet crazies plenty of foul names…..it just never left the confines of my office.
