Hard to imagine push-ups also as trainers.

Does the app suggest a remedy for someone who can't even do 1 pushup?

The next app on the store should be: Sleep Trainer! Haha, for people like TA, EC and theearth who probably need it. No love for jv.

  • No offence, but why do I need an app to tell me how to do pushups

    • it acts like a personal trainer giving you sets, intervals reminders for the next training session etc so you can improve and do more pushups.

Most people don't. They just count. Some need to justify their phone purchases and feel the need to share their workouts online with their too-polite-to-say-anything friends ;-)

Soon there's going to be apps that tell you when to visit the bathroom - for increased efficiency in bowel movements and digestive health. Just saying :p This is isn't in anyway to negate the post.

  • Too bad some of their other 'pro' apps aren't available for free

This is better - gives a complete workout in 7minutes.

I definitely won't use this app, downloaded it anyway.

  • Nose wiper app?

  • Got the Sit Up Pro freebie last time and on the strength of that, paid for this one.
Worth the $1.99 I paid (and to get rid of the adverts) but even better if free.
