  Not sure which one will be better image quality, but DSE will have a Hitachi 32" LED TV with DVD for $249 as well, however this one has 3 HDMI inputs. Atm I'm thinking of going with that (we're in need of a cheap smaller TV for a bedroom).

        Found 1 thing out on Soniq, Apparently they use LG OR Samsung screens for their LCD TV'S

  If anyone is free between 4-5pm today, the Hitachi TV at Dick Smith will be a better buy than this.

  I have the 40" model of this TV (also from JB)

  I think it's great. It is my bedroom TV. The image is comparable to my 60" Samsung in the living room.

  You shouldn't be disappointed with it.

  One caveat, it takes a while to turn on. For those of you who need to watch TV and need it now.

  I think the 39" Hisense from TGG for $297 is a heaps better deal if you can handle it being bigger.
