B&O is replacing From 2 with From 2i and differences are more color options and mic with volume controls.
In stores the normal price is $175 but they had it on special for $135 although very limited stock and colors, mostly ex-displays.
All B&O stuff comes with 3 year international replacement warranty. So if you buy from the hutt, you will be covered. Just keep your proof of purchase and you can swap you faulty headphones for new ones in store as long as no physical damage.
