  • How much is parking usually on the weekend?

    • +1

Ok so just looked it up, for that top one 59 Lonsdale St, the prices if you just turn up after 4pm are Mon-Thurs $13 or Fri $16 flat rate or if you book online through Secure A Spot its $5. Weekend rates are $16 or $5 through Secure a Spot. You may save more at other parking stations Im not sure. Bit of a saving anyway. You can look up the parking prices here http://www.secureparking.com.au/find-parking/Australia/VIC/M…. Hope this helps

      • $5.50 for weekend … dont forget the 50c booking fee :)

        • +2

          what booking fee?
I've booked several times and never charged any booking fee

        • +1

          Same here.. booked today

        Thanks!!

      • I can't imagine spending $65 5 days a week just to park somewhere! Sounds so ridiculous

Though it does say Secure parking so I guess its a lot safer than normal carparks

  • So $3.50 with the 0.50 booking fees added?

    • As mightyhawks23 said above they werent charged a booking fee and neither have I, so should just be the $3.

    • +1

No booking fee charged either. Thanks OP, booked for Saturday :)

  • The first time I tried to use the service, the code didn't work because I went to the wrong car park (the correct one is a few hundreds meters down the road). Don't repeat the same mistake.

And thanks guys this is my first deal thats made it to the OzB homepage, yay :)

  • Does anyone when the evening parking time starts? I want to see if I can take advantage of the offer tomorrow night. cheers.

  • Do you have to enter and exit at the times you give?
What if I'm late to the entry time?

    • +1

Just as long as its within the times you state, you can get there late or leave early if you like. Also if you think you might need more time just add an hour etc on when booking.

      • Cheers man.

Usually if I drive to Melbourne on the weekend I park at the langham hotel. $8 flat rate and no trouble getting a park, unlike crown etc.
Will have to check these out next time though.

Cheers for this! Parking for seeing Ronny Chieng is sorted! Also nice to know about the secure-a-spot reservation system, even without the voucher it is still a great deal.

    • Yeah I know. If you just preplan and book in advance you can save heaps :)
