Was looking at one of these - i think the only criticism is that it doesn't do duplex scanning. Duplex printing yes, but you can't scan double sided through the ADF.
wish this one has wireless, then I am sold.

Temporarily out of stockGreat printers, toners are cheap.
I've got the MFC-9970CDW the toners are like $29 each for high yield. If you require double sided scanning then the lowest model you need is: MFC-9340CDW
Quick check of toners are around: $33 each. with 2600pages.
This is extremely cheap compared to other printers, as these are toner only. Where as pretty much all of the consumer grade laser printers use catridges which are Drum + Toner which raises the cost to 2-3 times higher.
Is that $29 for genuine Brother toner cartridge or an aftermarket?. Just I don't think you'd get a genuine cartridge for $29.
It doesn't matter genuine or not.
Even if I compare genuine cartridges, my point will still stand in regards to the price differences with most consumer grade laser printers where they are alot more expensive.
$81 for genuine cartridges for MFC-9140CDN.
You are looking at around $80-120 for other printers with genuine cartridges, however they are usually 1500 pages. It always comes down to the arguement about Home Brand or not….
Save $130 is BS but $299 is around the cost price.
