Mine has the same status since many days.
Just called samsung promotions,
they started processing on 9th April, and can take up to 8 weeks, Once the SN is processed, we will get an email.
There is no way to escalate.
I contacted Samsung yesterday via email and they also mentioned it will take 8 weeks from 8th April. So hopefully by early June. Damn thats a long wait for $50 back, but I guess it is to be expected, as I think the Microsoft Xbox 360 4GB $100 cashback offer also took 8 weeks.
I just received an email from Samsung advising that my claim has been successful and I will receive my cashback into my account within 14 days. Woot woot!
