I used this offer today so gave it a positive vote, though I did buy 3 of the same item.
I did try to buy some items that weren't IT but it tried to charge me P&H so never ordered them, so they did loose part of a sale to me. I couldn't be bothered to contact them as I presume it wouldn't have been looked at least to Monday (that's even if they do look at emails or whatever their form of contact is) and by then it would have been too late.
