You need to add wine or spirits as the free shipping excludes beer/cider/rtd. I added a cheap bottle of shiraz ($3) - you need to get to the step where you have already entered your shipping address (where you choose between credit card and paypal) the summary on the right should then reflect the shipping discount and correct order total

The free shipping coupon says "excludes beer and rtds" I would have assumed cider would fit into one of those categories. I have never ordered ciders/beer from dan murphy's using a free shipping coupon I'm just going based off what other people on ozbargain have said.
I added a bottle of Shiraz, selected my postage and it changes nothing for me with this code
You must log in and get almost to the end of the checkout just before you make payment it will deduct the shipping cost for you.
Make sure you select 'case' not 'pack', when adding to cart.

Worked for me. Added a $3 bottle of Chardonnay.
The shipping cost only gets discounted at the very last step of the checkout just before you enter the payment information.

Good point - that works out at $4.00/L where this is $4.43/L but that deal is VIC only will mention it though in the description.

ahh man, i was going through the checkout and looking at peoples comments saying that you dont need to add a second item for the voucher to work, so i went back to remove the wine but now there are no more cases left. sigh.
lucky i live in VIC and just went down to the local shop and got the bottles instead. apparently the special had been on for a few weeks and there were no more slabs of it left so they had to put loose bottles in a box for me.
