EDIT: A few minutes later it took payment and sent me the code without phone verification. Who knows!
EDIT x 2: But for some reason XBL is not letting me activate the code. It is recognising it is a 1 month XBL code, but then saying "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Try your purchase again in a few minutes."
EDIT x 3: And it's finally worked. *Shakes head*. That was a weird transaction.
It asked for phone verification too. Then the payment went ahead, but then it got cancelled and the money was refunded. Now if I try to re-buy, it's asking for the full price…
