    I received the email which told me my oder has been packed today. Well, after 2 weeks waiting, haha, I thought it would be refunded finally. I ordered on 22/03/14.

        They're an eye sore :/ Ended up taking them off, and replaced them with pair of laces from my old sneakers. They are quite comfortable to wear though.

    That many people are receiving their orders is a good sign! Anyone else order size 13's and had theirs delivered? Mine are still AWOL, but given the recent updates in here I'm expecting they'll arrive next week.

    Just found out today courier please has delivered it to the wrong address and someone else signed for it. What a joke. I'm not gonna bother if these guys are doing the deliveries. Gonna insist on a refund.

      I also had that happened with something I bought from DealsDirect — also with Couriers Please. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my adias. Ordered 22 March in the evening, and it still says "Delivery Status Unavailable". It was "Processing" just a few days ago…

        Click the link to the courier please website. It should give you more details when u put in the consignment number. Or u could call the Amartonline customer service. I had no problem with amart. The package was packed and ready to be delivered by the courier quite quickly. But it took afew days for courier please to get it and when they did, they freaking delivered it to the wrong guy!

    Just receive a response from an inquiry I made on 27 March. This is what took them almost 2 weeks:

    Please accept our apologies as we are currently experiencing long delays in responding to customer email enquiries due to a recent technical error with our ordering system. Please be assured we are working hard to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible.

    Yet my order still says "Processing".

      Yep in quick time I received a pre baked email, similar to the one above and then a shipping email shortly after. I'm now tracking these shoes as they trek their way from Brisbane to Sydney and then to me!

    Guess what. I just checked my order status and it has shipped. Checked Couriers Please and it has in fact already been delivered 2 hours ago. Except (1) I haven't received my shoes, and (2) the signature is not mine!

    NOT AGAIN!

    Second time in less than 6 months that my stuff got delivered to the wrong place by Couriers Please. It's not that I am living in a complex estate that has a really confusing unit number. I live in a semi with my own street number on a bloody main road with 3 lane in each direction. ARGHHH! Not happy jan.

      Alright. Mystery resolved. Turned out that the drive took the delivery to his mate who live just down the road, who is kind enough to sign on my behalf. He then called on my phone and brought the parcel to me. I am happy now that I've finally received the shoes after 3 weeks, although not too pleased with neither Amart Sports nor Couriers Please.

    Well I finally got the refund. The 1800 number was useless. Everytime I called, was answered by a message that told me to call during business hours despite the fact I called during business hours! Finally tried a different number and they put me thorough to someone. Anyway I would avoid them if their courier is still those idiots at courier please.

    Mine arrived the other day, they are a size too small though. Anyone know the best way to get an exchange (take to store, or post back), and if they will still honour the previous price? I'm keen to get a pair that fits, they are light as!

      Been mentioned a few times in the previous comment page that adidas generally runs a bit smaller. I ordered 1/2 a size bigger and ended up the same size as my Brooks.

    Got the last pair. And there were 2 right sides. Took it to the store to get a refund. How disappointing. Won't be holding my breath for anything from Amart ever.

    No joke today I finally got my money back from this little cough* scam *cough. What company sells stuff it doesn't know it even has in stock and then doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to email inquiries. No doubt if I didn't spend my time jumping through all of PayPal's hoops they would have just kept my money and sent me nothing. Amart can go to Hades. Will never deal with them again. lol

    Yeah finally got refund today, pretty much bs in my opinion. They tried to claim they had sent me refund in April. Anyways, Amart allsports aren't worth the hassle.
