Thanks for posting… I am not sure why religion is "out of bounds"…. if someone posted a natropathy deal (or ANY OTHER deal for that matter) the subject not just the deal is discussed.
What should be out of bounds are offensive comments…
Why can't I say.. "guys if you are looking to embark on a religious/spiritual/metaphysical journey, you would be much better off considering the writings of muhammad/krishna/smith/maimonedes etc because in my opinion. … etc"Please don't accuse me of trolling… I honestly think that you (and those who have posted deals like this before you) have taken censorship too far…
I understand your point of view and don't consider it trolling as your views are well founded. Let me share my thoughts in reply to yours. Please PM me if you wish to discuss this further.
- It's not censorship in the sense that I was just asking and I have no power in that I can't stop you to ban you or whatever if you do things like ridicule or mock others for their beliefs.
- I completely agree with you in that offensive comments are the only comments that should be banned and removed. It is just from my experience that a lot of mockery and hate and ignorance ensues when Christianity is brought up.
- There are no issues with discussing it in a friendly manner such as with the intention of clearing up misconceptions or confusions or misinformation with the matter nor is there an issue with say sharing good Christian books or particularly good finds from the sale but it is in the hope of avoiding the troubles that come with what I explained in point 2.

In this case the product is from a religious store. Discussing the store is one thing, but I think discussing religion in general is off topic so it would be better off in the forums.
