There are some pretty good clearance deals at Officeworks.com.au for those that need them. I assume their *free shipping over $55 still applies?:

MERGE 9 CUBE STORAGE UNIT $49 (may need to *check shipping, as this is a huge cabinet). For once, they got smart & put the thing on casters!). Not sure of the original price, but assuming in the $200- 250+ range.

Just search “clearance” for the rest of them. There are some super-cheapies (like small rubber gloves, 33 cents), etc…the ones I posted looked good to me.

  I think you will find that they wont actually have any of these when you try to pay it will take everything out of your cart.

  Office works do this all the time with their clearance.

  This is not a clearance sale, they always have items on clearance and you can search for "clearance" at any time to see the items…

    I was purchasing anyhow & found these items, so posted them.

    I'm sure you can search any time- but some people don't.

    And yes, I was able to purchase the cleaning products.

    It may be that OW only fulfils these orders from local DC's- which would explain why some people can get their order & others don't. That would have nothing to do with me or what I posted.

      The more years I spend on OzBargain the more I think jv is right. Did I just say that out loud?

      Office works always have items on clearance sale. In fact almost all online retailers do. Just because you found a clearance item doesn't necessarily mean it should be posted on OzBargain, especially with Officeworks' widely renowned lack of stock for these clearance lines and OzBargain rules state minimum quantity of 10 otherwise don't post the deal.

  According to the website, I will have to travel more than 500km to get a store that has one of these storage units. Might have to drown my sorrows and settle for the 33c rubber gloves instead. At least I'll be being safe.
